Color coding sanitation utensils reduces the spread of bacteria. Color coded rack prevents mixing cleaning utensils from different areas of the plant. Use different colored cleaning utensils in different areas of the food plant to reduce the spread bacteria and disease in food plants. Cross contamination reducing racks for HACCP compliance (HACCP – Hazard analysis and critical control points). Holds brushes, brooms, scrapers, scoops, shovels, mops, and squeegees on strong 2.5″ long hooks. Keeps tools together in one area, for one machine or for one operation. One inch spacing from wall allows cleaning behind rack. Made to withstand daily cleaning with bleaches, common acids, bases and solvents used in sanitizing food plants & found in chemical plants.
